Protege Hospitality was created and sells primarily to the hospitality industry. This is our core business. Our motto is “The Total Guestroom Solution”. This is based on our commitment to the hotel business. We pride ourselves on offering the most complete electronic product offering from a single vendor.

Does your manufacture primarily design their products specifically for the hospitality industry?
Protege Hospitality does all their product development in conjunction with the hospitality industry. We do our own marketing and new product Development. We are strictly focused on listening to your needs and designing products for use in your hotels.

What is your commitment based on your warranty of your products?
Protege offers the best warranties in the industry on its complete line of hospitality products. We do not have any fine print or hidden restrictions. All our products are backed by an unprecedented 5-year warranty.
Do you offer advance replacement or cross shipping under your warranties on your products?
Yes. You can contact our customer service department for a RA number. We offer this for out of box failures up to 1% of your original order and emergency requests. We may request at our option, a credit card guarantee for these shipments.

Can you get replacement parts?
Protege offers replacement parts for most components on its Products.

What provisions are there for international standards like 220V?
In most cases our products meet or exceed most international standards. We can usually offer select international approvals and voltage options of110V or 220V. Our goal is to meet the needs of your international properties.
